Notion – Retrospective Meeting Template

This template is perfect for planning sprints with your team in Notion. Sprint planning meetings should be used to establish priorities and set expectations for the next sprint. Use our sprint planning template to get started. We’ve included a link to an example of a sprint planning meeting so you can see how we’d approach a similar situation. First, identify the goal(s) for the sprint. Next, determine who will lead the sprint. Finally, assign stories to the team members based on their skills and experience. After reviewing the assigned stories, ask questions about the stories and add them to the backlog. When you’re done, attach the backlog items to the sprint planning template. Now that everyone knows what they’ll be doing during the sprint, you can move forward with creating the sprint schedule. Create a calendar view of the sprint dates and times. Add the sprint dates and times to the sprint planning template and then create a task board for each day of the sprint. Each task board includes the sprint goal and the estimated hours needed to complete the goal. You can also add notes to each task board if you need to discuss something specific. At the end of the sprint, you can update the sprint planning template to reflect the actual results.
