Notion – Marketing Creative Requests Template

Use this template to handle your marketing creative requests in a streamlined and scaleable way. This creative request template for marketing departments or freelancers consists of two databases that are linked. The first database is for uploading details of the whole campaign while the second database is used to upload marketing ad creative requests, linking them to the main campaign. The main problem that this solves is having people wanting to upload a creative brief with requests for 1 ad creative or to be able to request lots of ad creatives using a single form (dozens?). By splitting out the databases, you can have an unlimited number fo ad requests uploaded (linked back to the main campaign) and you can then project manage the whole creative creation process in Notion.

It can be challenging to effectively manage incoming creative requests and prioritize available tasks. This template simplifies the process of streamlining requests, assigning work, gathering feedback and ensuring your creative team remains productive and focused on the correct tasks.

This allows for more projects to get done in a shorter amount of time, leading to increased efficiency and greater customer satisfaction. Finally, managing and prioritizing marketing and design requests also helps to ensure that tasks are completed with the utmost quality, which can help build customer trust and loyalty in the long term.

What is a Creative Brief? How do I write one?

A creative brief is a document that outlines the key objectives of a creative project. It is used to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page when it comes to the goals and desired results of a project. It can be used in various types of projects, from advertising campaigns to website design and more. A well-crafted creative brief should provide clear direction for everyone involved in the project, from the client to the creative team.

When writing a creative brief, it is important to include several key elements. These include the project goal, target audience, budget, timeline, key messages and any other pertinent information. Each element should be clearly defined in order to give everyone involved in the project a clear understanding of what is expected.

The first step in writing a creative brief is to define the project goal. This should be a single, clear statement that outlines what the project is intended to accomplish. It should also include any specific requirements or constraints related to the project.

Next, it is important to identify the target audience for the project. This will help ensure that the creative team understands who they are creating content for and how best to reach them. In addition, it is important to set a budget and timeline for the project. This will help keep everyone on track and ensure that goals are met in a timely manner.

Finally, it is important to include key messages or themes that should be communicated throughout the project. These should be clearly expressed so that the creative team knows what elements to emphasize in their design. Once all of these elements have been defined, the creative brief is ready to be distributed to all stakeholders.

Creating a clear and comprehensive creative brief is essential for any successful creative project. By taking the time to define each element, everyone involved in the project can ensure that it meets its goals and produces meaningful results.
