Use this template to track influencer marketing campaigns in Notion. Add the status of the relationship as Reached Out (when you’re seeking to work with the influencer), Engaged (when contracts are signed) or Previous (for influencers not being used ongoing).
Use the Posts database to add details of related posts, linking them to the Campaigns database. Using this template, you can add your proposed influencers, the influencers who have signed up to work with you and keep details of previous influencer campaigns in Notion. You can add the social channel, the fixed costs, the impressions/engagement/sentiment of the posts, metrics on visits, CTR, conversions, sales and more. This template includes formulas to help you work out if your work with influencers is beneficial for you both.
