This template allows you to store all relevant contract data in a table and to automatically send email alerts to the responsible owner in your organization. It helps you save cost effortlessly.
How it works
- Add all contract data in the ‘Contract list’ table.
- Make sure the Emails (column D) and renewal dates (column L) are correct.
- Switch on the checkbox in the ‘Email automation’ table to start the alerts.
